Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven furniture sales experience and/or Interior Design knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, discover their wants and needs for their home, engage them with merchandise options - including features and benefits, and provide exceptional client service during and post-sale.
• Assist clients in designing spaces they'll absolutely love.
• Participate energetically in events and promotion opportunities for our clients.
• Organize and maintain an aspirational merchandise appearance in the showroom.
• Contribute positively to the sales goals of the Team.

Our broad selection appeals to all home furnishing styles and budgets, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, and hot tubs. Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age

• Available 40 hours/week, with some evenings required, plus weekends and holidays to accommodate client shopping traffic.
