Parallel Ag is seeking a Sales Professional in Mount Sterling, IL to provide customers with the farm equipment they need and to grow customer relations across our dealer network. The role emphasizes learning the business, supporting other departments, and operating within the Parallel Ag model.
The position offers a path for growth with uncapped commission, a full benefits package, and daily engagement with customers and industry events in a full-time capacity.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 Base + Commission per month

The Sales Professional will work to provide our customers with the equipment that they need to keep their operations going. The Sales Professional will grow customer relations and support the work of other departments in the dealership. Their purpose is to continue learning the business and gain the knowledge and experience necessary to work within the framework of the Parallel Ag business model.

This is a full-time position. Days and Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and some Saturdays. Occasional overtime, evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.
