• Obtain quotes, lead times, and specifications for purchases.
• Prepare and process purchase orders with approvals.
• Procure items and monitor deliveries.
• Verify receipts and resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Process payments and manage vendor relationships.
• Provide data and reports to support sales operations.
