Job summary

Gerdau North America is seeking a Business Support Analyst to manage all aspects of account coordination for scrap purchase and related contracts. You will liaise with the Recycling Commercial, Operations, Logistics and Accounting teams to deliver accurate results and exceed service expectations.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong accounting knowledge, and advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business/related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred; strong accounting/finance knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP are assets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for vendors and customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Review pricing, process payables, and reconcile accounts; audit scrap tickets and align with payment schedules.
• Coordinate account setups and maintain vendor/customer records, including access for self-service portals.
• Support end-to-end processes across Commercial, Operations, Logistics andAccounting teams.
