Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Abilene, TX is seeking a Sales Advocate to join Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer. The role focuses on delivering extraordinary customer service and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs, with unlimited commission opportunities and a clear path for advancement.

You will represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism, assist with store operations, and strive to achieve sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Clear communication, attitude and basic aptitude for technology.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities
