Power Home Remodeling Group in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling solutions, and follow a proven sales process. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information.
• A self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is helpful.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.
