Power Home Remodeling Group is hiring a Sales Representative in a full-time role. You will meet with homeowners, deliver presentations on energy-efficient solutions, and follow a proven sales process with ongoing coaching.

You’ll build relationships, collaborate with mentors, and develop communication and negotiation skills for long-term growth. The position offers paid training, mentorship, and a path to advancement, with uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is beneficial.
