Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group seeks a Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and present energy-efficient remodeling options. You will learn POWER’s proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching, building relationships and recommending personalized solutions.

Earn uncapped commissions with a $3,900 sign-on bonus and participate in a team-focused environment that supports mentorship, career growth, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to present information clearly to homeowners.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Willingness to work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present energy-efficient home remodeling options.
