Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Morrisville, NC. You will meet homeowners, deliver engaging presentations on energy-efficient remodeling products, and apply POWER's proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching.

Work closely with experienced leaders to build relationships, learn to negotiate, and develop skills for long-term career growth, with uncapped commissions and paid training in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or helpful to have.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to engage homeowners.
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow; can work independently.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on energy-efficient home remodeling products and services.
• Present POWER’s sales process through training and coaching.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions.
