Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Sales Representative in an on-site role at our Pennsylvania locations. You will meet homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling solutions, and apply POWER's proven sales process through continuous coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence presenting to new people, self-motivation, ability to work independently, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Helpful to have prior sales, customer service, hospitality, or related experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present energy-efficient remodeling products and services.
• Learn and apply POWER's sales process through training and coaching.
• Build relationships and understand customer needs to provide personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors to improve sales approach and performance.
