Castle Rental & Pawn in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our fast-paced, customer‑focused team. You will develop positive relationships, recommend products, operate POS systems, and help create an engaging store experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with POS systems (a plus, but not required).
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to drive sales.
• Become proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and processing transactions.
• Utilize customer service skills and sales techniques to recommend the right products for customers.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers effectively.
• Calculate discounts and apply promotions to rental agreements and sales.
• Set up, file, and maintain customer folders.
• Conduct regular sales and marketing calls.
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, pricing, and store promotions.
• Assist with creating rental agreements and educating customers on their terms.
• Support the training and development of Field Solutions team members.
• Help with store inventory management and product refurbishing.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Comply with all company policies and safety standards.
