Job summary

Swickard Auto Group’s Crown Toyota in the Inland Empire is seeking an entry-level Lot Attendant. No prior automotive experience required; if you’re reliable, punctual, and take pride in doing things right, you’ll help keep the lot organized and ready for guests.

You’ll move and stage vehicles, prep for guest delivery, support sales consultants, and maintain a clean, safe lot. A valid driver’s license and clean record are required, with competitive hourly pay of $17–$20.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to stay engaged without supervision.
• Strong attention to detail in vehicle movement and lot organization.
• No automotive experience required; willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and organize new and pre-owned vehicles across the lot.
• Prep vehicles for guest delivery—fueling, washing, and staging.
• Assist sales consultants with vehicle pulls and test drive prep.
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and safe, flagging issues as needed.
• Inspect vehicles during movement and report any damage or concerns.
• Support the delivery process to ensure guests receive a clean, staged vehicle.
