Job summary

Huntsville Toyota is seeking a self-motivated Sales Porter to support vehicle movement, presentation, and dealership operations. You will help ensure a positive customer experience through organized lots, clean vehicles, and efficient handoffs to Sales staff.

The role emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and reliable attendance as part of daily hospitality-driven customer interactions at the dealership. A valid driver's license and prior customer-facing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Move, park, retrieve, and stage customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist with maintaining organized vehicle placement throughout showroom areas, parking lots, delivery areas, and dealership property.
• Support vehicle preparation activities including fueling, basic cleaning, lot presentation, and vehicle staging.
• Monitor dealership grounds and notify leadership of operational, safety, or vehicle concerns.
• Greet and assist customers professionally when interacting within dealership areas.
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and professional dealership environment.
• Collaborate effectively with dealership personnel and leadership.
