Job summary

Sierra Autocars Incorporated is seeking a reliable Sales Porter to join our dealership team. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest services, assisting with valet parking, vehicle movement, and supporting the service department to ensure a smooth operation.

As a Sales Porter you will greet customers, help with questions, maintain a clean service area, and assist technicians as needed while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous portering or related customer-service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (Mon–Sun, 8a–8p).
• Manual transmission experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Assist customers with valet parking and retrieving their vehicles.
• Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Move vehicles within the dealership and maintain service-area cleanliness and organization.
• Assist service advisors and technicians as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report issues to management.
• Fuel vehicles and follow safety procedures.

• Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises for customer pick up and deliveryMaintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management
• Fueling vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (between Mon-Sun, 8a-8p)
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manual transmission experience a plus
