ServiceMaster Clean in the United States is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, grow the customer base, and promote our cleaning solutions with professionalism.

You will generate new business, nurture client relationships, develop tailored service packages, and work with operations and marketing to hit revenue targets. This role requires 1–2 years of sales experience in commercial cleaning or related industry, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a commercial cleaning or service industry.
• Strong communication skills with clients and prospects; ability to present solutions.
• Strategic planning and execution of sales plans to grow the business.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
