JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role focuses on enhancing the growth and visibility of our active adult apartment communities through strategic marketing and outreach. The position involves collaborating with internal teams and community partners to promote brand awareness, attract prospective residents aged 55+, and support leasing and retention objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the 55+ active adult demographic to boost community engagement and leasing success.
  2. Assist with lead generation, researching potential residents, referral sources, and local partnerships.
  3. Coordinate with leasing and property management teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.
  4. Represent the community at events, open houses, and local gatherings to generate interest.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, senior organizations, and local influencers.
  6. Utilize marketing channels such as social media, email, newsletters, and community events to reach target audiences.
  7. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in active adult living and inform marketing strategies.
  8. Assist in designing and distributing marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations) aligned with brand standards.
  9. Track and report on marketing and outreach effectiveness, providing regular updates to leadership.
  10. Participate in community and industry events to increase brand visibility and develop referral partnerships.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the community's values and lifestyle.
  12. Provide on-site support for leasing activities, resident events, and retention programs as needed.
Additional Compensation

Factors influencing employee pay within the posted range include business needs, experience, skills, and location. Many roles may be eligible for bonuses:

  • Corporate positions: Possible quarterly or annual bonuses based on performance.
  • Onsite positions: Bonuses may be weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
