• Experience in data entry, customer service, or sales support in retail/wholesale.
• Proactive, deadline-driven with strong customer-service mindset.
• Familiarity with retail partner portals (Walmart Retail Link) is a plus.
• Experience with NuOrder or similar order management systems is desirable.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain sales orders for the sales team as needed.
• Review Available-to-Sell reports and minimize oversold situations.
• Collaborate with production and sales to resolve oversold inventory issues.
• Run daily reports to confirm orders, inventory, and on-order status.
• Load and maintain data within Walmart Retail Link portal.
• Create and maintain price adjustments, markdowns, and credits for management review.
