Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in global order processing and compliance?

We're looking for an experienced Order Management & Export Compliance Specialist to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in processing international customer orders, managing documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional service to our global clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage customer orders from entry to invoice for assigned territories
• Review and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, contracts, and terms & conditions
• Configure orders and verify pricing, delivery, and payment terms
• Prepare export documentation (SLIs, invoices, customs forms, etc.) and interface with freight forwarders
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export laws (EAR, ITAR, DOS, etc.) and advise internal teams and customers
• Review and process Letters of Credit and coordinate with LC expeditors
• Maintain accurate order backlog and provide customers with regular status updates
• Support RMA and FDA documentation as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Shipping, Operations, Finance, and Configuration Services

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years in order management, customer service, or purchasing—preferably in high-tech or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of export regulations and documentation (experience with Letters of Credit and export licensing a plus)
• Familiarity with import requirements, tariff codes, and customs clearance procedures
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems and order configuration preferred

You’ll Work With:

• Internal partners across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance
• External reps, global customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
