Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) seeks a Sales and Operations Trainee in Altoona, PA. This full-time role offers paid training to develop future leaders. You will respond to bid/quote requests, manage orders, and resolve customer and vendor issues while working closely with the Profit Center Manager.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver’s license, ability to work Monday–Friday, and authorization to work in the U.S. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be able to work an 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship needed).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promptly responding to daily bid and quote requests.
• Manage orders and provide customers with solutions for technical, logistics, and product issues.
• Release sales invoices and pay vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Build rapport with customers, coworkers, and suppliers.
• Learn and rotate through sales office functions and warehouse tasks.
• Travel with sales reps to observe and support sales/service calls.
