Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills Inc in Portland, OR is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to provide critical operational, administrative, and event support for the Sales organization. You will coordinate trade shows, sales meetings, and showroom activities, manage samples and sales tools, and ensure data accuracy across catalogs and systems.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales operations, sales support, or sales coordination; ideally in wholesale apparel
• Trade show and showroom coordination experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all logistics for national trade shows, sales meetings, and showroom events, including registration, travel, accommodations, materials, setup, and teardown.
• Attendance and travel required.
• Successfully plan, execute, and attend trade shows, sales meetings, and showroom activities with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Coordinate team calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative support activities.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting to support business operations and decision-making.
• Process and reconcile department expenses in accordance with company policies and timelines.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Showroom management for 4 showrooms in Portland, Las Vegas, New York, and Dallas; travel at least twice per year.
• Distribute, track, and deliver product samples and sales tools to reps and showrooms.
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure effective showroom execution.
• Pack, unpack, organize, and transport samples and marketing materials.
• Audit sales catalogs and materials to ensure accuracy of product information.
• Administer NuOrder: product setup, updates, user support, and data accuracy.
• Support product setup for strategic accounts, including SKU creation and data management.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and sales materials.
• Prepare and distribute recurring sales reports (ATS, etc.) and develop materials for strategic accounts and leadership.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
