Job summary

Mobia Medical is seeking a Sales Operations Systems Analyst to optimize our Salesforce-based systems, data, and reporting that power the growing sales organization. You'll work hands-on with Salesforce administration, reporting, and analytics using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver accurate information and actionable insights across teams.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
Hands-on Salesforce admin, analyst, or power-user experience.
Experience with Salesforce objects, fields, permissions, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Strong Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI reporting skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Salesforce including layouts and validations.
Partner with business users to translate needs into practical system solutions.
Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and resolve quality problems.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
