Qualifications

• Knowledge of B2B Supply Chain including MRO, inventory, pricing, etc.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data on historical sales and trends to forecast future trends.
• Track vendor expenses, billing requirements, purchase orders, and sales-related financial activity using Excel and internal systems.
• Create customer invoices using approved spreadsheets and supporting documentation.
• Review warehouse reports, stored-material records, vendor invoices, and expenses to allocate costs and billing to sales jobs.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with sales, warehouse, finance, vendors, customers, and internal partners.
• Compile, analyze, publish, and maintain sales performance data to identify trends and support forecasting.
• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, updating projections based on activity and trends.
• Gather reporting requirements and develop interactive, actionable performance and forecasting reports.
