Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Excel Proficient.
• Experienced with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office.
• Preferred but not required - knowledge on Salesforce, Five9, and FieldRoutes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and adapt with change.
• Ambition to win and maintain relationships and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain key performance metrics for Inside Sales.
• Use various software to pull data, export to Excel, and update sheets.
• Validate data accuracy, fix formulas, and prepare clean reports.
• Assist the Sales Operations Admin and Executive Assistant in Inside Sales.
• Analyze data and create sheets to improve tracking metrics.
