Job summary

Year Up United offers a one-year or shorter intensive job training program that equips young adults with in-classroom skills, internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship through four career pathways. A stipend is provided during the program.

The Customer Experience pathway combines training in Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims with internship support, including a placement at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh, to help you launch your career.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
• You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying
