Year Up United offers a one-year or shorter intensive training program for young adults, combining in-classroom skill development with internships and coaching across four career pathways.
Participants receive an educational stipend and internship placement, with the internship hosted at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh. Eligible individuals are high school graduates, U.S. work-eligible, and available Monday–Friday for the program.

Year Up United participants also receive an educational stipend. If you're someone whos passionate about building relationships or has an entrepreneurial mindset and are looking to gain exposure to running a business, the Customer Experience job training pathway could be the right fit for you. The Customer Experience pathway combines technical and professional training in Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims, with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. Your internship will be at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.
