Bosch Group in Oak Brook Terrace, IL, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize Order-to-Cash processes, standardize workflows, and support sales and customer service goals.

You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, IT and Logistics, act as SAP SME, manage customer master data, contracts and incentive programs, and drive data governance for accurate, cross-platform operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP; reporting, data queries, and analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and integrate systems and processes.
• Excellent verbal/written communication across business and tech teams.
• Strong business acumen, detail orientation, and time management.
• Proven initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and standardize O2C processes to support Sales and Customer Service goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, IT, and Logistics.
• Act as SAP SME; manage customer master data, contracts, and incentive programs.
• Ensure customer contract requirements are up to date and fulfilled; govern data across platforms.
