Bosch Mobility Aftermarket in the United States is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize and standardize Order-to-Cash processes. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, IT, and Logistics to drive efficiency and manage customer data and contracts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP; experience with reporting, data queries, and business analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and support system and business process integration.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams and present insights to diverse audiences.
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities.
• Proven ability to take initiative, work collaboratively in team environments, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, improve data analysis, and support continuous operational improvement.

Responsibilities

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $94,000 - $98,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
