84 Lumber is hiring a Sales Office Administrator/Supervisor in Kentucky to support sales staff and improve customer order processing. The role involves assisting salespeople with customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and helping with material ordering and back-office tasks.

The position requires strong customer service, organization, and billing experience. Located at a store, it may involve outdoor work and variable weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years experience; Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with invoicing, billing and accounts receivable is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforces sales directives for the sales support staff.
• Collaborates with store manager and assigns sales/accounts to coordinators.
• Ensures adherence to customer order process policies.
• Reviews sales orders for accuracy and documentation.
• Prepares sales quotes and processes customer orders.
• Liaises between sales and operations to fulfill orders accurately and timely.
