Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Operations team in Lake Oswego, OR. You will receive and review sales orders, process them, support invoicing, and respond to customer inquiries related to sales transactions across BIOTRONIK product lines.

This role supports field sales, hospital staff, and purchasing departments with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in sales operations or customer service involving online computer order processing.
• Experience in resolving customer issues related to orders, invoicing, pricing, payments, and contracts.
• SAP and Salesforce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and field teams.
• Monitor order processing in SAP ERP and Salesforce; resolve issues.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing, and documentation.
• Process direct ship and bill/replace orders daily.
• Serve as first contact for billing, invoicing, and shipment inquiries.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure prompt processing.
