Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Sales Operations Associate in Lake Oswego, OR. The role handles sales orders, invoicing support, and customer inquiries, working closely with field sales and hospital staff to ensure accurate processing and timely communication.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in sales operations or customer service, with SAP and Salesforce experience preferred. This full-time hybrid position offers in-office and remote options as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in sales operations or customer service involving online order processing.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, field sales, internal departments and team members.
• Monitor sales order processing in SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM, resolving issues with the team.
• Review orders for completeness, accuracy, pricing and required documentation.
• Process inbound communications and route them to the Sales Operations team.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Contract Administration, Accounting and Shipping & Receiving to ensure timely order processing.
