Job Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales team by managing the full sales process, from quoting and order processing to maintaining accurate customer and product data. This role ensures efficient operations, accurate fulfillment of customer requirements, and compliance with internal standards. Detail-oriented and customer-focused, Sales Operations Specialists thrive in fast-paced environments and are responsible for meeting personal and departmental KPIs, including quote/order turnaround, response time, and support efficiency . Success in this role requires professionalism, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
