Textron Aviation in Mexico/Brazil offers an entry-level Sales Development Program (SDP). The 9-month program includes eight functional rotations focusing on sales operations, marketing, and customer experience.

Initial training occurs at our Wichita headquarters (USA), followed by three months of travel to Mexico/Brazil to engage customers and learn the market. Upon completion, high-potential participants may interview for a customer-facing/field role in MX/BR.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related fields.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and diplomatic demeanor.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Dual citizenship with Mexico/Brazil and USA preferred.

Mansioni

• Rotations through the following functions: Technical Marketing; Product Knowledge for Jets, TurboProps and Pistons; Customer Experience; Marketing; Customer Service; Business Operations; and Sales Operations.
• Responsible for tactical day-to-day responsibilities and significant project assignments during each rotation.
• Assigned to a sales zone and will work with that zone to understand the sales process.
• Complete applicable training courses and curricula.
• Provide requested support to host function leadership during rotation cycles.
• Learn and utilize available resources (reports; salesforce.com; etc.).
• Apply learning to professional scenarios.
• Work with and support a team environment.
