Job summary

BrightStar Care of Plano/North Dallas/Granbury/Burleson/Frisco – Carrollton is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the outside sales team, optimize referral processes, and accelerate patient targets in Texas. The role emphasizes back-office efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and rapid response to inquiries.

The position reports to the Chief Growth Officer and requires managing 30–75 weekly inquiries while driving a 10–20% increase in referral volume and maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with related experience.
• Experience supporting a外sales or administrative role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily sales support to outside sales team for incoming referrals.
• Facilitate communication within the sales team and across departments.
• Handle 30–75 inbound sales and referral inquiries weekly.
• Clearly articulate services by phone to referral sources and clients.
• Respond to inquiries within 1–2 business hours.
• Utilize tools to meet referral turnaround time goals.
• Analyze referral/sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead marketing initiatives like monthly newsletters and social media.
• Document and follow SOPs for sales operations activities.
• Manage sales tools and marketing materials.
• Gather customer feedback for sales strategies.
• Represent the organization at 2–8 events per month.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
