Job summary

Brooklyn Bottling Corp. seeks an S&OP Manager to lead and align Sales & Operations Planning across Sales, Production, Distribution, and Finance.

You will connect planning activities to ensure end-to-end visibility and drive cross-functional alignment for effective demand and supply planning. The role involves analyzing forecasts, capacity, and inventory to optimize supply chain performance, developing KPIs, and coordinating DP, MPS, DRP and MRP processes to minimize costs and maximize service

Qualifications

• Experience leading S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to translate demand forecasts into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical and KPI development skills for supply chain planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align sales, supply chain, production, distribution purchase and inventory plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment of the S&OP plan.
• Analyze demand forecasts and production capabilities to optimize supply chain performance.
• Develop and maintain S&OP metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the planning process.
• Run and execute Demand planning (DP), productions planning (MPS) , distributions planning (DRP), Material planning (MRP)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Facilitate and lead S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment across the organization on key business decisions.
• Define inventory policies and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
