What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Partner with the Vice President of Crossix Accounts business line to enhance sales effectiveness and outcomes
  • Develop and manage annual quotas and lead forecasting processes
  • Create data-driven insights and recommendations regarding pipeline, segmentation, targeting, and sales strategies
  • Ensure effective sales strategy, processes, and messaging in your designated area
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to implement process improvements, playbooks, toolkits, and training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, combining data analysis with intuition to solve complex problems
  • Deep passion for sales and coaching others
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) and visualization tools
