One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager in United States.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and supporting the company’s go-to-market (GTM) operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of GTM data, designing sales planning strategies, and enhancing operational systems to support scalable revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Finance, and other key teams to ensure that the sales and customer success teams have the tools, processes, and insights they need to excel. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that blends analytical thinking, systems management, and strategic execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the strategy for GTM data integrity, ensuring high-quality data and consistent CRM hygiene
  • Manage the design and execution of scalable sales segmentation and territory models in collaboration with Revenue Leadership
  • Oversee territory operations and assignments, ensuring optimal allocation of sales resources
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that track pipeline health, sales performance, and deal velocity
  • Drive process and systems enhancements to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across the sales and customer success teams
  • Serve as a change management leader for GTM transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption
  • Act as a trusted partner across various teams to ensure operational alignment and business continuity
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects within global SaaS sales organizations
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Outreach, Gong, LeanData)
  • Proven experience in data enrichment strategy and execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex business challenges into actionable insights
  • Track record of successfully driving systems improvements and process optimizations
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into operational solutions
  • Highly adaptable with strong attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Salary range: $122,000 — $159,700 USD
