We need a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Manager to join the Cloud & AI Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and operational management of global sales programs that support our CAI go-to-market strategy. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align demand generation and enablement activities with business goals and strategic priorities.
- Lead vendor engagement, including scoping deliverables, acquiring Cisco-compliant Statements of Work, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
- Own the procurement process by submitting SOWs through Ariba/SmartBuy and handling the purchase requisition through purchase order (PO) completion.
- Execute sales program milestones, ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet defined performance benchmarks.
- Oversee post-activity processes, including gathering proof of performance, processing invoices, and managing approvals via internal systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or marketing operations.
- Experience working in a large matrixed organization, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, SmartBuy).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Cloud and AI technologies is a plus
