Are you a process-driven, customer-focused leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are partnered with a premium client in hiring a Sales Operations Manager to lead the charge on Customer Service Excellence and transform how their customers interact with a key business unit. In this high-impact role, you’ll optimize order-to-cash workflows, manage pricing strategy, lead key customer-facing teams, and implement digital tools that deliver an premiere customer experience. What your day will look like:

  • Lead a multi-site customer service and pricing team, ensuring flawless order execution and proactive client support
  • Own the full order management and pricing lifecycle: quoting, changes, credits, and returns
  • Optimize customer-facing tools and platforms to reduce friction and improve satisfaction
  • Drive process improvements using Power BI, Excel, and SAP to enable data-driven decisions
  • Partner with Product Management and Logistics to align pricing strategy and product delivery expectations

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science (MBA a plus)
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, business process, or pricing in electronics/manufacturing
  • Familiarity with ERP (SAP), pricing systems, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience leading customer service or pricing teams (formal or matrixed leadership welcome)
  • Green/Black Belt in process improvement preferred

Location & Travel:

This role can be based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for Chicago or San Antonio. There is roughly 15-20% travel associated with this position.
