Job description

From English learners, multilingual students, bilingual students and dual language learners who are struggling to read or write, Summit K12’s online, standards-based supplemental curriculum will close gaps and ensure growth for all students.

We’re looking for a proactive, people -orientated Sales Operations Manager to support our growing sales team and ensure they’re equipped to perform at their best. This role is critical to helping our revenue team run effectively—by improving Salesforce usability, training users, maintaining clean data, and creating actionable reports.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands both the technical side of Salesforce and the day-to-day needs of a sales team. You'll serve as the bridge between sales and systems, driving adoption, creating enablement resources, and ensuring our CRM tools are aligned to revenue goals.

LOCATION:

Austin, TX - In-Office Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Salesforce Optimization & CRM Management
    Maintain and improve Salesforce usability, automation, and reporting features.
    Troubleshoot user issues and serve as primary point of contact for sales team CRM support.
    Ensure data quality and cleanliness through audits, deduplication, and process enforcement.
    Partner with sales leadership to customize pipelines, dashboards, and workflows.
  2. Sales Team Support
    Act as the internal “customer support” lead for the sales team—answering questions, solving problems, and providing hands-on assistance.
    Manage and continuously improve onboarding resources, user guides, and training materials.
    Support lead assignment processes, account routing, and territory updates.
  3. Reporting & Insights
    Build and maintain reports and dashboards that surface actionable insights for the sales team and leadership.
    Track key performance metrics and help monitor progress toward revenue goals.
    Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data preparation and reporting.
  4. Process & Tool Improvements
    Identify and implement opportunities to streamline sales processes and remove friction.
    Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure system alignment.
    Support evaluation, rollout, and integration of new sales tools or enhancements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar support role
  3. Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  4. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  5. Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Process Builder, and Flow.
  6. Proficiency in managing permissions, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  7. Highly responsive and customer-service oriented when working with internal teams
  8. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment
  9. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process
  10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  11. This role is hybrid, requiring regular in-office work based in Austin, TX.
  12. Candidates must be willing and able to travel occasionally to our office in Allen, TX, as needed.

ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized modules.

  2. Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

  3. Experience in the education or educational technology (EdTech) industry is a plus.

COMPENSATION:

  • $110,000 - $140,000 Annually + 10% Annual Bonus
