We’re looking for a proactive, people -orientated Sales Operations Manager to support our growing sales team and ensure they’re equipped to perform at their best. This role is critical to helping our revenue team run effectively—by improving Salesforce usability, training users, maintaining clean data, and creating actionable reports.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands both the technical side of Salesforce and the day-to-day needs of a sales team. You'll serve as the bridge between sales and systems, driving adoption, creating enablement resources, and ensuring our CRM tools are aligned to revenue goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized modules.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience in the education or educational technology (EdTech) industry is a plus.
COMPENSATION:
$110,000 - $140,000 Annually + 10% Annual Bonus
