Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Springfield, Missouri. As a MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one at one of our neighborhood branches, supporting customers and partners while developing hands-on skills in sales, operations, and service.

The program offers mentoring, a pathway to advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Master skills in sales, marketing, finance and operations to eventually run a branch.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to build a personal business footprint in the community.
