Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Sikeston, MO. As an MT you’ll start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and supporting operations.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and finance, with mentoring and a clear path to management. A bachelor’s degree or near graduation is required, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch.
• Cultivate community relationships to grow the business.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on guidance in a structured program.
