Penske is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee for the Aurora, CO area. You will use your degree to run a business and solve problems for customers, with training across sales, operations, finance, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to drive Penske vehicles (including 26’ box truck).
• DOT-regulated role; driver qualification file and safety screenings required.
• Willingness to travel within the district and to training sites; schedule may vary.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 clients.
• Manage large fleet inventory and balance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
