Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage our large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
