Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles (including 26' box truck).
• DOT-regulated driving; driver qualification file required; DOT drug screening ~30 days after start.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage inventory of vehicles to balance fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
