Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead operational processes and governance that support field sales in Japan. You will manage CRM/SFA, incentives, and a consistent business review framework across the field organization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, and external partners to ensure data integrity, compliant operations, and effective deployment of sales strategies and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales planning, sales management, or business management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience in field sales operations, sales forecasting, performance management, and CRM/SFA systems.
• Ability to design and improve operational processes and manage multiple priorities to deadlines.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail, judgment, and compliance and data integrity.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead field sales activity planning, targeting, budgeting, and resource allocation with Sales Force Effectiveness and related functions.
• Coordinate with teams to implement territories, target lists, call plans, and deployment changes.
• Manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for sales and field activities; analyze variances and recommend improvements.
• Establish a regular business review framework with Field Sales performance reviews and meetings.
• Oversee CRM and SFA implementation, usage standards, data quality, and access controls.
• Coordinate sales incentive and recognition programs with HR and Finance; manage payouts and processes.
• Plan and manage field promotional activities, speaker programs, and product information meetings.
• Standardize SOPs, workflows, and guidelines to reduce admin burden and improve execution.
• Support cycle planning, internal meetings, and liaison between HQ and field.
