Job summary

You will review deal packages, generate invoices, report to vendors, and support audits while maintaining exceptional customer service and sales team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior invoicing experience and accuracy in calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Review deal packages for accuracy and calculate gross profit and rebates.
• Discuss issues with sales team for clarifications on deals.
• Generate invoices for completed deal packages.
• Report sales information to vendors.
• Calculate commissions for sales representatives.
• File and monitor rebate payments; support audits.
• Participate in safety program and other duties as assigned.
