Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications with Field Team Partners and provider network contacts.
• Update and organize CRM and outreach trackers and onboarding docs.
• Observe workflows to streamline processes supporting provider growth and sales.
• Attend team meetings and take notes for follow-up and planning.
• Conduct light market research or outreach for provider recruitment and expansion.
• Contribute to quality reviews of customer and provider interactions.
