Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) in Denver, CO, invites an Intern – Sales Operations to support day-to-day operations for ticket sales, service, and marketing. The role emphasizes CRM administration and analytics to back four professional Denver teams.

The incumbent will learn and contribute to workflow optimization, data integrity, and cross-team collaboration while gaining exposure to sports business analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in sports management, marketing, business analytics, CRM or related field.
• Experience with CRM and other sales enablement software preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and optimization of CRM and sales enablement platforms used by ticket sales and service teams.
• Execute sales/service lead management processes with standard structure across properties (Nuggets, Avalanche, etc.).
• Collaborate with Fan Engagement and Data Science teams to ensure data flow between operations platforms.
• Monitor adoption of sales technology and recommend improvements as needed.
• Customize Salesforce CRM to ensure 100% user adoption and role-specific attribute management.
