Responsibilities

• Develop and manage incentive programs that promote ethical sales practices and member-first behaviors.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Member Service, Communications, and Marketing to execute campaigns.
• Monitor incentive program performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness and engagement.
• Ensure compliance, document plans, and manage training and rollout of incentives.
