Job summary

Snyk is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team in Boston. This role owns recurring reporting, forecasting support, and process execution that keeps our GTM engine running smoothly as we scale.

You’ll work from established playbooks, delivering reliable data to Sales leadership, collaborating across reps and managers, and assisting with planning, data prep for segmentation, and quota deployment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations or analytics in SaaS/tech.
• Strong Excel skills and experience aggregating data from multiple sources.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain weekly operations reports and sales forecast rollups.
• Track KPIs and dashboards; support ad hoc analytics requests.
• Prepare data for annual/quarterly planning and territory/quota deployment.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and hygiene; support onboarding and tooling changes.
